Step-by-step preparation
- Finely julienned onion over very low heat with oil, salt, and sugar, 25-30 min.
- Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon, oil, salt. Refrigerate.
- Poach cod for 5 min, shred. Mix with potato, egg, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs. Form 4 burgers. Refrigerate for 15 min.
- Pan-fry over medium-high heat, 4 min per side.
