In this collection you can buy homemade ready meals made with selected raw materials and processed in short batches to maintain flavor, texture and food safety.

All dishes are vacuum-packed or packaged in a protective atmosphere and transported under refrigeration for 24-48 hours from the Mercat del Ninot (Barcelona) to your home. Ideal for everyday meals, meal prep , the office, or dinner parties.

Our collection of ready-made meals features seafood recipes with cod, salmon, and other dishes ready to enjoy in minutes. They are packaged and ready for the microwave or can be cooked in a pan, oven, or air fryer, maintaining homemade flavor and a perfect texture. Designed for everyday life, they save you time without compromising on the quality of the ingredients.

Each recipe indicates approximate reheating times depending on the method (microwave, oven, air fryer, pan), the suggested serving size, and the best side dish. 24–48 hour chilled shipping and appropriate packaging ensure freshness so you receive your dish in optimal condition, heat it, and serve it with consistent results.

You can choose individual portions or family packs to plan your week. If you're unsure about recipes or quantities, we can advise you via WhatsApp to adjust weights, heating methods, and cooking times to your routine and kitchen equipment.

Selection of seafood recipes

We prioritize recipes with white and oily fish (cod, salmon, and similar varieties) that maintain their texture and flavor after quick reheating. The goal is to offer a consistent experience, with cooking times that respect the juiciness and shine of the sauce or the fish itself.

Raw materials and processing

We start with uniform cuts of meat and balanced sauces to prevent overcooking when reheating. Our dishes are prepared in controlled batches and packaged to retain their juices and aromas until they are ready to be eaten. This results in flavorful dishes that work equally well in the microwave, oven, or air fryer.

Fast regeneration: microwave, oven and air fryer

We provide approximate heating times per method and serving size to ensure even heating. In a microwave, we recommend short intervals with a resting period to allow the heat to distribute evenly and prevent drying. In an oven or air fryer, preheating and using suitable containers help restore surface texture and achieve a pleasant golden-brown color. In a frying pan, a medium heat and a lid help retain juices.

Storage and expiration

Keep dishes between 0-4°C and respect the best before date indicated on the label. Once opened, consume within 24-48 hours and store any leftovers well covered. If you need to extend shelf life, you can freeze multiple items; to defrost, place the container in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours before heating.

Portions and weekly organization

As a guide, allow 300–350g per full serving for main dishes and 200–250g if served with a side. To save time during the week, combine single-serving packs with family packs and alternate reheating methods depending on your kitchen staff.

How to heat them so they turn out perfectly

Choose the method according to the dish and the result you want:

Oven (maximum crispiness)

  • Temperature : 180 ºC (heat above and below).
  • Approximate time : 10–15 min croquettes/fritters/empanadas; 12–18 min oven dishes.
  • Tip : For the last 2 minutes, activate the grill for extra browning.

Air fryer (fast + crispy)

  • Temperature : 180 ºC.
  • Time : 6–10 min; shake or turn halfway through.
  • Tip : Add a fine mist of water to the bucket if you notice the inside is too dry.

Pan (quick stir-fry)

  • Power : medium.
  • Time : 3–5 min per side for fried foods; 5–8 min for stews.
  • Tip : Use a minimal layer of oil and finish with the lid on for 1–2 minutes to allow the heat to reach the center.

Microwave (with sauce or creamy fillings)

  • Power : medium-high.
  • Time : 2–4 min (depending on portion).
  • Tip : Cover to prevent drying; let rest for 1–2 minutes before eating.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Calienta en intervalos cortos de 45–60 s, removiendo o moviendo el contenido cuando sea posible y dejando 30–60 s de reposo para que el calor se reparta. Abre ligeramente el envase o pásalo a un recipiente apto y cúbrelo para mantener la humedad. Para pescados en salsa, añade una cucharada de agua o caldo si lo ves denso. Ajusta el tiempo a la potencia real de tu micro y al tamaño de la ración (suele bastar con 2–4 minutos en total).

  • Sí. Precalienta el horno o la airfryer y usa un recipiente apto. Para piezas con cobertura o rebozado, 6–10 min a 170–190 °C suelen devolver crujiente; para pescados en salsa, cubre parcialmente y hornea 6–8 min a 160–170 °C para evitar que se evapore en exceso. Si buscas dorado extra, destapa los 2–3 min finales. No sobrecargues la bandeja para mantener circulación de aire.

  • En la mayoría de referencias, sí. Comprueba la etiqueta de cada producto. Congela lo antes posible y, para descongelar, pasa a nevera 12–24 h y regenera después con el método indicado. Evita congelar repetidamente y organiza porciones individuales para facilitar el uso. Las salsas con base láctea pueden requerir un removido suave tras el calentado para recuperar textura.

  • Conserva entre 0–4 °C y respeta la fecha de consumo preferente indicada. Una vez abierto el envase, consúmelo en 24–48 h y guarda lo sobrante bien tapado para evitar oxidación y pérdida de humedad. El envío en frío 24–48 h llega en embalaje térmico con acumuladores para mantener la cadena de frío durante el transporte.

  • Como plato único, 300–350 g por persona funcionan muy bien; si añades guarnición (arroces, patatas, ensaladas), 200–250 g son suficientes. Para organizar la semana, combina raciones individuales para comidas sueltas y packs familiares para fines de semana o invitados. En las fichas encontrarás ración sugerida y acompañamientos recomendados.

  • Calienta a temperatura media y evita tiempos largos continuos. En micro, usa intervalos con reposo; en horno/airfryer, cubre parcialmente para que el vapor mantenga la humedad. Saca el plato cuando esté caliente al centro pero aún jugoso; el calor residual termina el punto. Si es un rebozado, evita salsas por encima hasta el final para preservar la capa crujiente.

  • Indicamos alérgenos en cada ficha y en la etiqueta del envase (pescado, gluten, lácteos, etc.). Si necesitas opciones sin gluten o sin lácteos, filtra por etiquetas de colección o consúltanos por WhatsApp para proponerte alternativas y packs adaptados.

  • Enviamos en refrigerado 24–48 h con caja térmica y acumuladores. Si prevés ausencia, usa una dirección alternativa o punto de entrega. Al recibir, guarda en nevera cuanto antes. Si notas el envase caliente o dañado, contáctanos con foto para gestionar la reposición.
