Smoked Cod Carpaccio - Mildly smoked, buttery flesh

Our smoked cod carpaccio is made from firm, white-fleshed loins , sliced ​​very thinly by hand to highlight their buttery texture and perfectly balanced saltiness . Each slice retains the cod's natural sheen and is millimeter-thin, allowing you to appreciate all the richness and delicacy of a precisely crafted cut.

The smoking process is subtle and elegant , enhancing the clean flavor of the cod without masking it, and leaving a delicate and lingering aroma that makes you want another bite. On the palate, the flakes melt into a silky, buttery texture , with a long and balanced finish reminiscent of the finest artisanal smoked cod, without any harsh notes or excessive smoke.

Ingredients: Cod (Gadus morhua) (Fish), Salt, Natural wood smoke

Gadus morhua from Iceland: FAO 27 (Northeast Atlantic, subarea 5: Iceland Grounds). Batches selected by season and size, with quota control and responsible fishing criteria (suppliers with IRF standards: Iceland Responsible Fisheries). Smoked and hand-cut in workshops in Spain.
Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C at all times. Do not open the package until ready to serve. Once opened, keep covered in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours. Not suitable for freezing, as this alters the silky texture of the flakes and may affect the smoky flavor.
