We work with the most renowned canneries in Spain: Olasagasti (Cantabrian, since the 19th century), Dardo (premium Galician seafood), BayMar (XXL mussels from the estuary), and Coquet (centuries-old Galician tradition). We don't sell mass-produced canned goods: each brand has been tested and approved by us before being included in our catalog.

La Brújula (Cambados) is our absolute benchmark for its artisanal processing, completed in less than 12 hours from capture to perfect texture . Los Peperetes stands out for its exceptional craftsmanship and seasonal products, featuring catches of the day.

Frinsa offers excellent value for money with full traceability (using our own vessels). Each brand has its strengths – our team will advise you based on your specific needs and budget.

Prices range from €4-20 per can depending on the product, size, and brand . Premium razor clams (La Brújula, 8-10 pieces) cost €12-15. Scallops in sauce €8-12. Pickled mussels €6-10. Cockles €8-14 depending on size.

The price reflects artisanal quality, certified Galician seafood from the estuaries, and manual processing . These are gourmet products comparable to eating at a seafood restaurant, but in the comfort of your own home.

Naturally preserved seafood (razor clams, clams, cockles) is served straight from the can, chilled or at room temperature, on a slate or wooden plate . Accompany with lemon, black pepper, and good bread.

Canned seafood in sauce (scallops, garlic octopus) can be served cold or gently heated for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Open the can 30 minutes beforehand to allow it to reach room temperature and for the flavor to fully develop.

Unopened, canned goods last 3-5 years when stored in a cool, dry place . In fact, some improve with age (pickled mussels develop a more integrated flavor after 1-2 years).

Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight glass container, cover with the covering liquid, refrigerate, and consume within 48 hours . Never leave opened preserves in the original can.

Basque Txakoli is perfect for razor clams, clams, and cockles : its crisp acidity and natural effervescence cleanse the palate. Young Albariño also pairs beautifully with canned seafood.

For scallops in scallop sauce (more creamy), choose a full-bodied Albariño or Godello . For pickled mussels, choose Txakoli or Verdejo (acidity to balance the vinegar). Always serve very cold (6-8°C) .
