Gourmet preserves are the most convenient way to always have quality seafood, fish, and vegetables on hand, regardless of the season. At Bacalalo, we've brought together all our canned goods in this general collection: from classic tins of mussels and cockles from the Galician Rías to Cantabrian anchovies, jarred vegetables, and our own brand of preserves.

Every can and jar you see at Bacalalo is chosen with the same criteria we use for our cod: origin, quality, and flavor . The idea behind this collection is to give you an overview , and from there, you can navigate to specific subcategories depending on what you're in the mood for: mussels, tuna, anchovies, vegetables, gildas, caviar…

Within our seafood preserves you will find:
