1.5 kg of pre-sliced ​​smoked salmon: the centerpiece that turns any gathering into a celebration.

A whole 1.5 kg piece of smoked salmon, sliced ​​into thin, even pieces , ready to open and serve directly at the table without needing a knife. Made with Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) farmed in the cold waters of Northern Europe, selected for size and freshness , carefully salted, and slowly smoked with natural smoke to perfection.

The result is a piece with succulent flesh, a bright orange color , and a subtle, understated aroma that effortlessly graces the table. Each slice is thin, silky, and uniform , with that delicate, profound flavor that only slow, unhurried smoking can impart. Presented whole but already sliced, the visual effect is spectacular : it looks like salmon freshly cut by a master smoker.
