Our cured tuna mojama is made using a slow curing process with sea salt and controlled resting time , a traditional Mediterranean method that concentrates all the flavor of the fish and gives it a firm, silky texture when sliced . Each piece is selected by size and quality to guarantee a consistent, clean, and intensely flavorful result.

On the palate, it's pure marine intensity, yet perfectly balanced , with a deep umami , just the right touch of salt, and a long, elegant finish without any harsh notes. Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C at all times. Do not open the vacuum-sealed package until ready to serve. Once opened, wrap the piece in cling film or food-grade paper and store in the coldest part of the refrigerator, consuming within 7-10 days. Not suitable for freezing, as this alters the silky texture and may affect the shine and flavor of the cured product.
