Between 12 and 16 whole mussels from the Galician Rías, hand-selected for size, color, and texture, packed in a traditional Galician escabeche with a touch of chili pepper (level 3/5) that enhances the taste of the sea without overpowering it. Firm, juicy, and intensely colored meat, enveloped in an aromatic sauce with notes of garlic, sweet paprika, well-balanced wine vinegar, and quality sunflower oil.

The escabeche is the unsung hero: aromatic, full-bodied, and with just the right amount of spice that warms without being overpowering, creating a perfect contrast with the natural sweetness of the Galician mussel. Upon opening the can, the aroma invites you to dip bread in the sauce before even tasting the first mussel, and after tasting it , the sauce becomes as much the star as the mussel itself .

Perfect as a quick tapa to accompany a vermouth or a very cold craft beer; as a star bite in cocktails and catering ; served directly from the can or on crispy toasts; in warm salads where the escabeche acts as a dressing; or in seafood rice dishes and pasta with shellfish where they provide depth, spice and Atlantic character .
