Salsa Verde from Salsas Compostela is a handcrafted creation made by Artesanos del Ulla in Rianxo (A Coruña) , combining virgin olive oil, Modena balsamic vinegar, natural honey, brown sugar, and a selection of spices to achieve a unique, balanced, and addictive sweet and sour flavor.

Its distinctive green color is a clear indication that this is no ordinary dressing . The combination of extra virgin olive oil and Modena balsamic vinegar provides body and elegant acidity, while natural honey and brown sugar round out the flavor with a subtle sweetness that balances without being cloying. Spices complete the profile with an aromatic base that adds depth to every dish.
