The Perfect Pil Pil Assortment is designed for one thing: to make a spectacular pil pil at home, with quality desalted cod and the ideal cuts to achieve a smooth, shiny sauce with the texture that makes all the difference.

  • Desalted cod loins (500g)
  • Shredded desalted cod (500g)
  • Piparras (jar)

This pack brings together three complementary formats: cod fillets, loins and shredded cod, so you can cook like they do in the north: take advantage of the gelatin, control the cooking points and get all the flavor out of the cod without complicating things.

Consult the nutritional values ​​on the label of each individual product. Cod: high in protein and low in carbohydrates (may vary depending on cut and preparation).

This pack is designed to make the perfect pil pil: it combines cuts with gelatin (pen stalks), juicy pieces that are easy to handle (loins), and shredded meat for complementary recipes. Ideal for 4–8 servings depending on preparation.
