Each baby squid is cleaned and prepared by hand , stuffed with its own tentacles, and packed whole in olive oil. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container, keep refrigerated between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius, and consume within 48 hours.
